Room reservation comes with breakfast for one person per room and includes complimentary evening reception. 
If parking is needed, $16.00 per day will be added to the room charge.

To ensure that your room is reserved, you must reserve your room with a credit card guarantee. Non-guaranteed reservations are held until 6 p.m. on the day of arrival. Please call the hotel directly if you will be arriving after 6 p.m. Check in time is 3PM, check out time is noon.

Please don’t be a NO SHOW. If you cannot make the course, you should cancel any hotel room reservation by calling the hotel directly AND by emailing SWANA Founding Chapter at info@socalswana.org
