A note to our Exhibitors:

Upon arrival, please check in at the registration desk in the lobby of the hotel to pick up your badge and get information. The registration desk is open Sunday from 2pm-4pm and Monday from 9am-3pm.
Exhibitor set up is Sunday from 2pm-4pm and Monday from 9am-3pm in the Horizon Ballroom.
Exhibitors must be set up in the Horizon Ballroom by 3pm on Monday.
Exhibitor set up will include one 8x10 booth with piping & draping, one identification sign, a six-foot skirted table and two chairs. The Horizon Ballroom is carpeted. Exhibitor set up in the foyer of the Horizon Ballroom will include (1) 6 foot table and two chairs.
